This recipe is a classic dish of Spanish cuisine. It is delicious, since the taste of vinegar and onions gives a very characteristic touch to the preparation.

Ingredients

8 portions
  • 8 chickens, legs and thighs
  • 1 garlic
  • 15 black pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 1/2 cups Water
  • 1/4 cups vinegar
  • 3/4 cups olive oil
  • thyme, to taste
  • marjoram, to taste

Preparation

Grind the garlic clove, peppers, medium onion, cup of water and vinegar in the blender.
Brown the chicken and add all the ground, with thyme and marjoram and let it boil until the chicken is soft.
It is served with salad of apple, pineapple, walnut and raisins with cream.

PRESENTATION

Present in a deep platon the center of the table. Accompany it with bread.

You can add potatoes to the recipe.
