Preparation
Place the Cheetos, takis and chips in a resealable bag and mash with a roller to form a fine powder.
In a bowl, mix the mashed potatoes with flour, salt and pepper.
Beat the wings through beaten egg and the previous mixture until covered completely.
Heat a deep pot with the oil, fry the wings until golden brown and cooked. Remove and place on absorbent paper.
For the sauce, liquefy the guajillo chile with the buffalo sauce, the butter, the paprika, the cayenne pepper and the garlic powder until you get a smooth sauce. Bat the wings with the sauce, serve and enjoy.
