Give your wings a special touch, with this recipe of Breaded Wings with Potatoes. Garnish these wings with butter, dried chilies and buffalo sauce. Ingredients

6 servings
  • 1 Cup of Cheetos flamin hot
  • 1 Cup of Takis Fuego
  • 1 Cup of potato Chips Fuego
  • 1/4 of Cup of flour
  • 1 tablespoon of Salt
  • 1 tablespoon of black pepper
  • 2 pieces of egg beaten, to batter
  • 1 kilo of chicken wing clean
  • enough of vegetable oil to fry
  • 2 pieces of guajillo chili pepper Roasted and soaked, for the sauce
  • 1 Cup of sauce buffalo, for salsa
  • 1/4 of Cup of Butter melted, for the sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of paprika for the sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of Cayenne pepper for the sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of garlic , in powder, for the sauce

    Preparation

    Place the Cheetos, takis and chips in a resealable bag and mash with a roller to form a fine powder.
    In a bowl, mix the mashed potatoes with flour, salt and pepper.
    Beat the wings through beaten egg and the previous mixture until covered completely.
    Heat a deep pot with the oil, fry the wings until golden brown and cooked. Remove and place on absorbent paper.
    For the sauce, liquefy the guajillo chile with the buffalo sauce, the butter, the paprika, the cayenne pepper and the garlic powder until you get a smooth sauce. Bat the wings with the sauce, serve and enjoy.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve with dressing of your preference.

    TIPS
