Ingredients

4 portions
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 chicken breasts, flattened and boneless
  • 1 onion
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 mango
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 50 grams pea, cooked
  • black pepper
  • salt

Preparation

Cut the breast into fajitas. Heat the oil in the wok, add the strips seasoned with salt and pepper. Cook a few minutes without stirring.
Add the onion and pepper. Sauté over high heat for 2 minutes.
Add the mango cut into pieces and add the soy sauce. Let cook over medium heat for two minutes.
Add the peas.

PRESENTATION

Serve in dishes and season with salt and pepper.
