Preparation
Sprinkle a pinch of salt and black pepper over the chicken fillets. Then place a slice of ham in the middle and roll it up, heat the oil and fry until it is completely cooked and golden on the outside.
To make the cream of cheese, place in the blender the tin of chilies or roasted red peppers, the cream, the slices of yellow cheese and a pinch of chicken bouillon powder, grind everything.
When it is ready, empty it in a previously hot saucepan, once it boils, submerge the steaks, let it cook slowly.
