This recipe is made with free-range chicken, fed with vegetables and grain.

Ingredients

2 portions
  • 2 chicken thighs
  • 1 chicken breast
  • 1 onion, small
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 carrot, big
  • 1 chili, (if you are one of those who like pique we put two)
  • 1 piece red pepper
  • 1 piece green bell pepper
  • 1 potato, median
  • 1/2 glasses olive oil
  • 1 glass juice, peach
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • salt, and pepper
  • pilgrims, and parsley

Preparation

We fry the seasoned drumsticks and brisket. First the thighs, they will take longer and a sprig of rosemary in the pan that is impregnated with flavor (we reserve).
We cut onion, small pieces, sliced garlic, carrot in strip and round, potatoes in half moon, peppers in pieces and gindilla in pieces.
We prepare a pot with oil and butter, fry the garlic and chilli without burning, add the onion, lower the heat until transparent. When the chicken is well browned, put it in the pot, add the juice and carrot, let it simmer (15 or 20 minutes). Stir occasionally.
We poach the potatoes together with the peppers and reserve for serving.
