This recipe is made with country chicken, fed with vegetables and grain.

Ingredients

2 portions
  • 2 chicken thighs
  • 1 chicken breast
  • 1 onion, little
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 carrot, big
  • 1 chili basque peppers, (If you are one of those who like the pique we put two)
  • 1 piece red pepper
  • 1 piece green bell pepper
  • 1 potato, median
  • 1/2 glasses olive oil
  • 1 glass juice, peach
  • 1 butter nut
  • salt, and pepper
  • pilgrims, and parsley

Preparation

Fry the peppered chickens and breast. First the thighs, will take longer and a sprig of rosemary in the pan that is impregnated with flavor (we reserve).
Cut onion, small pieces, rolled garlic, carrot strip and round, potatoes in half moon, peppers in pieces and gindilla in pieces.
Prepare a pot with oil and butter, fry the garlic and chilli pepper, without burning, add the onion, lower the heat until transparent. When the chicken is well browned, put in the pot, add the juice and carrot, let it boil over low heat (15 or 20 minutes). Stir occasionally.
We poach the potatoes with the peppers and reserve to place.
