Ingredients

6 portions
  • 6 chickens, cooked, reserve the broth
  • 6 poblano peppers, in rajas
  • 1/2 cups corn kernels
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 1/2 cups chicken soup
  • salt, and pepper to taste

Preparation

Blend half of the slices, milk and chicken stock.
Fry the mixture in a saucepan and season to your liking, when the first boil add corn kernels.
Add the chicken and serve.

PRESENTATION

Serve with a little white rice.

TIPS

You can remove corn kernels if you like.
