Preparation
We put in a pan with three tablespoons of olive oil the julienne onion and chopped garlic clove, when the onion begins to be transparent add the rolled mushrooms and let poach over medium heat 5-6 minutes, add the spicy paprika , stir well so that the paprika does not burn and add a glass of white wine. Add the bay leaf and a pinch of thyme. We let the wine reduce to a slow fire.
While we are going to prepare the meatballs, we have the chicken chopped in a bowl, the raw egg, a clove of garlic , salt and pepper, breadcrumbs and a teaspoon of spicy paprika, mix all the ingredients well and make chicken balls. We passed through flour and fry in a pan with olive oil. We leave in a dish with absorbent paper and add them to the casserole in which we have the sauce.
