  • 150 grams sausage, in slices

  • 1 tablespoon garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 tomatoes, without seeds and chopped
  • 1/2 red peppers, in strips
  • 1 green bell pepper, in strips
  • 2 1/2 cups chicken soup
  • 1 branch parsley
  • 1/4 cups olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
  • to taste salt and pepper

Preparation

Dora the chorizo ​​and reserve. In the same pan dora the chicken and reserve.
Add the olive oil, add the onion and garlic. Add the tomato and cook until it releases its juices.
Add the rice and brown lightly. Add the meat, chicken and chorizo.
Pour half the chicken broth, salt and add the parsley. Cover and cook for 15 minutes.
