Preparation

Spread each breast and place a slice of ham, a spinach leaf and a teaspoon of cream cheese in the center.
Fold each breast in half and fry on both sides in the hot oil.
For the sauce, boil 2 cups of water in a small pot, add the spinach, with a pinch of salt and pepper and turn off.
Blend spinach, half cream, onion, garlic, a tablespoon of cream cheese and the water where the spinach was cooked.
Melt a tablespoon of butter in a pot and pour the previous mixture, wait for it to boil and season with salt and pepper to taste.

PRESENTATION

Serve each breast cut in half with 4 tablespoons of sauce, accompany it with vegetable souffle or rice to the gardener

TIPS

If you like well cooked chicken, bake for 5 minutes more breasts.
