Ingredients

6 portions
  • 6 chicken fillet, marinated and breaded
  • 180 grams cream cheese
  • 6 slices turkey ham
  • 2 bunches spinach leaf, disinfected
  • 1 cup half and half cream
  • 1/8 onions
  • 1 clove garlic
  • canola oil, the necessary
  • salt, to taste
  • black pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup milk

Preparation

Spread each breast and place in the center of them a slice of ham, a spinach leaf and a teaspoon of cream cheese.
Fold each breast in half and fry on both sides in the hot oil.
For the sauce, boil 2 cups of water in a small saucepan, add the spinach, with a pinch of salt and pepper and turn off.
Blend the spinach, the half cream, the onion, the garlic, a tablespoon of cream cheese and the water where the spinach was cooked.
Melt a tablespoon of butter in a pot and pour the previous mixture, wait for it to boil and season with salt and pepper to taste.

PRESENTATION

Serve each breast cut in half with 4 tablespoons of sauce, accompany it with vegetable souffle or rice a la jardinera

TIPS

If you like your chicken well cooked, bake the breasts for 5 more minutes.
