Try this delicious recipe for guiltless beef, it is cooked and accompanied with chayote, carrot and spinach. It is a simple dish that has a lot of flavor, as well as benefits for your health that will help maintain your figure.

Ingredients

5 portions
  • 599 grams beef, preferably skirt
  • 4 chayotes, peeled and diced
  • 4 carrots, peeled and diced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 leave bay
  • 1 bunch spinach
  • 1 Cube chicken broth

Preparation

Cook the beef skirt in enough water with 1 onion, 1 garlic and salt.
Wash, peel, dice the vegetables, and remove the spinach without the stem, disinfect in water for 5 min, fry in olive oil.
Add the tomatoes, onion and garlic, cook for 3 min.
Add the cooked and shredded skirt together with the chicken cube. Let season for 5 min.
Serve garnished with steamed broccoli.
It can be served with white brown rice.

PRESENTATION

Cook for 10 minutes or so.

TIPS

It can be prepared with shredded chicken breast.
