These delicious breasts are prepared in a traditional Cuban way, with the garlic sauce with a touch of lemon. It is a stew in which the chicken is very juicy and with a flavor that will make you can not stop eating it. You can accompany them with a little white rice.

Preparation
Put the chicken breasts inside a plastic bag and flatten them with a hammer or a meat flattener.
Season the flattened breasts with salt and pepper to taste.
Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for about 5 minutes on each side (until chicken is well done). Remove the breasts from the pan and store them in a covered dish.
In the pan melt butter over a medium heat. Add the garlic and brown for 1 minute. Add the broth and let it boil. Cook until the broth has been reduced by half, approximately 5 minutes.
Remove the pan from the heat and add the lemon juice.
In a serving dish, arrange the chicken breasts and pour the butter, garlic and lemon sauce over them. Garnish with cilantro and lemon slices.
