Ingredients

8 portions
  • 8 smoked pork chops
  • 3 peaches, peeled and chopped
  • 2 mangos, peeled and chopped
  • 1/4 red onions, filleted
  • 2 black pepper, whole
  • 1/3 cups brown sugar
  • 1/3 cups bee honey
  • 1/4 cups oil, of vinegar
  • salt, to taste
  • olive oils

Preparation

Catch the onion in the oil.
Once acitronada, add the sugar, honey, vinegar, peppers and fruits.
When it begins to boil and the fruits have been disrupted, add the chops, add salt to taste and serve when the chops are well cooked.
