Preparation
Boil the dried chiles and liquefy with as little water as possible. Strain and heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pot; sauté the sauce for 3 minutes; let cool.
Mix the chili puree with the vinegar, orange juice, ketchup, sugar and cumin. Reserve.
Season the ribs with Knorr® Juicy Rib and black pepper. In a frying pan or grill, heat the remaining oil and brown the meat on all sides.
Place the ribs in a refractory and spread the meat with the BBQ sauce, previously prepared, cover with aluminum foil.
Continue cooking for 1 more hour, smearing the ribs with more sauce every 10 minutes. Portion the ribs.
Mix remaining BBQ sauce with Hellmann's® Homemade and serve.
