Ingredients

10 servings
  • 6 pieces of guajillo chili pepper without tail or seeds
  • 6 pieces of morita chile pepper without tail or seeds
  • 2 spoonfuls of oil
  • 1 piece of pork rib clean and without fat (1 1/2 kg)
  • 2 spoonfuls of Knorr® Juicy Rib Rib Broth
  • 1 tablespoon of ground black pepper
  • 3 spoonfuls of Apple vinager
  • 1/2 Cup of orange juice
  • 1 Cup of ketchup
  • 1/2 Cup of raw sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of cumin
  • 3/4 of Cup of Mayonnaise Hellmann's® Home Recipe

    Preparation

    Boil the dried chiles and liquefy with as little water as possible. Strain and heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pot; sauté the sauce for 3 minutes; let cool.
    Mix the chili puree with the vinegar, orange juice, ketchup, sugar and cumin. Reserve.
    Season the ribs with Knorr® Juicy Rib and black pepper. In a frying pan or grill, heat the remaining oil and brown the meat on all sides.
    Place the ribs in a refractory and spread the meat with the BBQ sauce, previously prepared, cover with aluminum foil.
    Continue cooking for 1 more hour, smearing the ribs with more sauce every 10 minutes. Portion the ribs.
    Mix remaining BBQ sauce with Hellmann's® Homemade and serve.
