For hot sausages: Heat a skillet over medium heat with the oil and cook the onion. Add the chilies and sausages, cook about 5 minutes. Turn off the heat and mix sauces and lemon juice.
Serve while still hot.
For cold sausages mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Serve.
