Preparation
Cook the pasta according to package instructions and add the asparagus in the last 3 minutes of cooking. Drain and reserve.
In a pot, heat the cream to beat with butter, salt and pepper. Let it boil and cook about 4 minutes over medium heat until it thickens. Remove from heat and add the zest and lemon juice.
In a pan over medium heat, heat the olive oil. Season the breasts and cook about 5 to 7 minutes or until cooked.
Add the pasta, the cream and mix very well. Cook 5 minutes more, remove from heat and add chopped basil.
Serve the pasta with the chicken. Add grated Parmesan cheese and garnish with fresh basil.
