Preparation
Beat tortilla dough with butter and salt until smooth. Reservation.
Stir the achiote sauce with the chicken and add salt if necessary.
Cut the banana leaves of approximately 20 cm, spread them so that they are soft, spread the dough you reserved over them and distribute the filling in the center.
Fold in the form of a wallet and place the tamales inside the steamer, cook for an hour or until the dough is easily detached from the leaves.
