Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Heat a pan over medium heat and cook the bacon . Remove the excess fat and add the serrano ham, garlic, onion and turkey breast. Cook 10 minutes.
Add the apples and hazelnuts, cook a few minutes and add the tomato sauce for traditional Hunts® pasta, Parmesan cheese, oregano, parsley with bay leaf, season with salt and pepper to taste. Reserve the fill.
Fill the cannelloni with the previous preparation and place them in a mold, add mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese. Cover with aluminum foil.
Bake for 30 minutes or until cannelloni are soft. Remove the foil and leave to cook in the oven for 10 more minutes. Serve and decorate with hazelnut and fresh arugula leaves.
