Ingredients

8 portions
  • 1/4 cups smoked bacon, finely chopped, for filling
  • 1/2 cups Serrano ham, finely chopped, for filling
  • 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped, for filling
  • 1/2 white onions, finely chopped, for filling
  • 1 kilo Turkey breast, cut into small squares, for filling
  • 1 cup apple, cut into small cubes, for filling
  • 1/2 cups hazelnut, Toasted and chopped, for filling
  • 1 Hunt's® Traditional Pasta Sauce, (680 g), for filling
  • 1/2 cups parmesan cheese, grated, for filling
  • 2 tablespoons oregano, for filling
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, dry for filling
  • 2 leaves bay (laurel), for filling
  • 1 pinch salt, for filling
  • 1 pinch black pepper, ground, for filling
  • 1 package cannelloni
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tablespoons hazelnut, toast to decorate
  • 1 cup arugula, to decorate

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Heat a pan over medium heat and cook the bacon . Remove the excess fat and add the serrano ham, garlic, onion and turkey breast. Cook 10 minutes.
Add the apples and hazelnuts, cook a few minutes and add the tomato sauce for traditional Hunts® pasta, Parmesan cheese, oregano, parsley with bay leaf, season with salt and pepper to taste. Reserve the fill.
Fill the cannelloni with the previous preparation and place them in a mold, add mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese. Cover with aluminum foil.
Bake for 30 minutes or until cannelloni are soft. Remove the foil and leave to cook in the oven for 10 more minutes. Serve and decorate with hazelnut and fresh arugula leaves.

PRESENTATION

Garnish with toasted hazelnut and fresh arugula leaves.

TIPS

Do not overcook the pasta of the cannelloni since they can be broken to fill. Leave them al dente or at your point.
