Tuna Cannelloni with Bechamel Sauce

Delicious cannelloni stuffed with tuna and béchamel sauce. Delicious for a good meal with family or friends.

Ingredients

3 servings
  • 1 package of cannelloni
  • 2 cans of tuna in water
  • 4 tomatoes finely chopped
  • 1 onion finely chopped
  • 1/2 green bell pepper finely chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups of milk
  • 150 grams of Manchego cheese grated
  • 4 egg yolks
  • olive oils
  • 30 grams of fresh parsley finely chopped
  • 30 grams of basil finely chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • pickled chili peppers finely chopped
  • 1/2 Cup of cream

    Preparation

    Put the cinnamon in boiling water, with a touch of salt and olive oil. Leave them in the water until they soften.
    In a saucepan, mix the milk, cream and cheese over low heat and let it thicken. Remove from heat, then add the egg yolks let it thicken. Season with salt and pepper.
    In a frying pan with oil sauté the onion, the pepper, the chilies. Add the tuna and the tomato. Cook and reduce for 5 minutes and season. Remove from heat and let cool and add parsley.
    Fill the cannelloni and place them in a greased mold. Smother them with the sauce, and to put grated cheese and basil on top.
    Bake at 175°C (347°F) until the cheese is browned.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve 3 cannelloni per dish.
