Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 package pasta, cooked, whichever you prefer (coditos, tormillo, macarron, etc,)
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 bunches fresh coriander, Chinese, washed and disinfected
  • 1/2 teaspoons McCormick® Minced Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon chicken bouillon
  • 1/2 teaspoons Dried oregano
  • 1 ladle extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon light margarine, low in salt and fat
  • 1/4 white onions
  • black pepper, freshly ground, to taste

Preparation

Cook the pasta as indicated by the manufacturer, but in the cooking water place the onion and salt, remove the onion when the pasta is cooked, at the time of brewing.
In a bowl we put the pasta together with the other ingredients, except the parsley and mix.
To the parsley we are removing the leaves, so that we place them as an ornament on the pasta and look like little trees.

PRESENTATION

At the time of serving, we grind a little pepper on each plate, to taste. It can be served as an entree or to accompany fish.

TIPS

You can eat cold, but if you want to heat up there is no problem.
