Cold Pasta with Chinese Parsley

Fresh recipe of cold pasta with Chinese parsley, it is quick and easy to make and for the parsley, it looks very pretty.

Ingredients

  • 1 package of pasta cooked, whichever you prefer (coditos, tormillo, macarron, etc,)
  • 1 teaspoonful of grain salt
  • 1/4 of bunch of coriander Chinese, washed and disinfected
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of McCormick® Minced Garlic
  • 1 teaspoonful of chicken bouillon
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of Dried oregano
  • 1 ladle of extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of light margarine low in salt and fat
  • 1/4 of piece of White onion
  • peppers freshly ground, to taste

    Preparation

    Cook the pasta as indicated by the manufacturer, but in the cooking water place the onion and salt, remove the onion when the pasta is cooked, at the time of brewing.
