Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 package pasta, cooked, whichever you prefer (elbows, tormillo, macaron, etc,)
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 bunches fresh coriander, Chinese, washed and sanitized
  • 1/2 teaspoons garlic
  • 1 teaspoon chicken bouillon
  • 1/2 teaspoons Dried oregano
  • 1 ladle extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon light margarine, low in salt and fat
  • 1/4 white onions
  • black pepper, freshly ground, to taste

Preparation

We cook the pasta as indicated by the manufacturer, but in the cooking water we put the onion and salt, we will remove the onion when the pasta is cooked, at the moment of straining.
In a bowl we put the pasta together with the other ingredients, except the parsley and mix.
We are removing the leaves from the parsley, so that we can place them as an ornament on the pasta and they look like little trees.

PRESENTATION

At the moment of serving, we grind a little pepper in each dish, to taste. It can be served as a starter or to accompany fish.

TIPS

It can be eaten cold, but if you want to heat it there is no problem.
