Ingredients: 1 package pasta, cooked, whichever type you prefer (elbows, spiral, macaroni, etc.); 1 teaspoon coarse salt; 1/4 bunches fresh cilantro, Chinese, washed and disinfected; 1/2 teaspoons garlic; 1 teaspoon granulated chicken bouillon; 1/2 teaspoons dried oregano; 1 ladle extra virgin olive oil; 1 tablespoon light margarine, low in salt and fat; 1/4 white onions; pepper, freshly ground, to taste

We cook the pasta as indicated by the manufacturer, but in the cooking water, we add the onion and salt; we will remove the onion when the pasta is cooked, at the time of draining. In a bowl, we put the pasta along with the other ingredients, except for the parsley, and mix.
