Prepare this delicious cold pasta with surimi and celery, accompanied by a mixture of cream and mayonnaise. It is an excellent option for children since its rich flavor they love. It is perfect for hot days where you want to do something easy and fast that everyone loves.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 package fusilli pasta
  • 200 grams surimi
  • 200 milliliters cream
  • 100 grams light mayonnaise
  • 2 twigs celery
  • to taste salt
  • to taste dried bay leaf
  • enough oil

Preparation

In a saucepan, boil 2 liters of water with salt, bay leaves and a splash of oil, boiling the pasta for 10 minutes or until it is cooked, strain and cool.
Chop the celery, the surimi, mix with the cream and the mayonnaise.
In a refractory, empty the pasta and add the previous mixture.

PRESENTATION

In an extended dish serve and accompany by a few slices of tomato and integral crackers.

TIPS

Refrigerate about 30 minutes before serving.
