Ingredients

8 portions
  • 400 grams pasta, the one of your preference
  • 400 grams chicken breast, clean and boneless
  • 350 grams corn
  • 200 grams mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cups raisin, to taste
  • 200 grams cheese, of your preference
  • 250 grams onion
  • 1 lemon juice
  • 2 grams salt
  • 10 milliliters olive oil
  • 72 grams carrot, in cubes
  • 2 grams black pepper

Preparation

Boil the pasta and carrot for 10 minutes
Season the breasts and cook until golden brown for 10 minutes, chop into pieces and set aside.
Chop the onion into squares and marinate with the lemon juice for 5 minutes
In a bowl add the pasta and other ingredients and move slightly until well blended.

PRESENTATION

Serve on a plate and add some chopped basil leaf
