Ingredients

4 portions
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted margarine
  • 4 tablespoons onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 5 tomatoes, poached and chopped without seeds
  • 1/2 cups black olives, slices
  • 1/8 teaspoons black pepper
  • 10 leaves basil, cut in half
  • 4 cups fusilli pasta, Cooked
  • 4 tablespoons feta cheese, chopped

Preparation

To poach the tomatoes boil water in a medium pot, cut a cross lightly on the tip, opposite the stem. Put the tomatoes in the water for 1-2 min. to remove the skin, leaving the tomato uncooked. Use the part of the cut to remove the skin and proceed to chop it without seeds.
In a frying pan melt the Primavera® Margarine without salt over medium heat, add the onion and garlic sautéing for 2 min.
Add the olives, pepper and basil, boiling for 2 more minutes.
Bathe the pasta with the sauce and sprinkle the feta cheese. To serve.
