Integral Pasta with Chicken and Chipotle

Celebrate your family with a healthy dish full of flavor. This recipe for whole-wheat pasta with chicken and chipotle will surely delight you, as it carries a tomato, basil and chipotle sauce. A culinary delight that everyone will want to try.


4 portions
  • 1 package spaghetti, integral
  • 1 chicken breast, cut into 4 steaks
  • 2 chipotle chilies, tin
  • 4 tablespoons cream
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 2 teaspoons basil, powdered
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 onion, median
  • to taste parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper


Season the breasts with salt, pepper, basil powder and fry over a clove of garlic and half an acitronada onion in 1 tablespoon of oil over low heat. Before finishing the cooking sprinkle a pinch of Parmesan cheese to each portion.
Cook the spaghetti al dente, drain and season with 1 tablespoon butter and Parmesan cheese to taste.
Blend perfectly tomato, salt, garlic, onion, chipotle chilies, and half a teaspoon of basil. Strain over the pan in which we cook the chicken over medium heat. Move constantly and when the color changes the tomato add 1 and a half cup of water, cover and cook for 10 minutes.


Serve in plates a portion of pasta, a serving of chicken and bathe with hot sauce. It is suggested to accompany with seasoned lettuce leaves and we have a complete and delicious dish. Bon Appetite!!!
