Cook this original recipe of potato gnocchi very easy and quick to prepare, served in a ragout sauce with bacon and sausage with Del Fuerte® tomato sauce, flavored with fresh thyme, this delicious preparation is served with Parmesan cheese and fresh basil.

Preparation
In a bowl mix the mashed potatoes with flour, egg and salt, knead until a smooth dough, rest the dough covered with non-stick plastic until dry.
On a clean table sprinkle flour and spread the dough to form thin strips, with a knife cut the 3 cm strip and press with a fork to form the gnocchi.
Heat the water in a pot until it reaches boiling point, submerge the gnocchi and cook until they float. Remove from the water and reserve.
Heat a skillet over medium heat with oil, butter and cook onion until transparent. Add the garlic, carrots and celery. Add bacon and sausages and cook a few minutes. Add the Fuerte® Spiced Tomato Puree, broth and thyme. Cook until the sauce thickens and season.
Serve the gnocchi with the sauce add Parmesan cheese and fresh basil, enjoy.
