I do not know about you, but there are times when I rediscover flavors, which previously did not make me any fun and that now, I say "hey, it's not bad". In Germany I tried the gnocchis or gnocchi for the first time or whatever you want to call them and I did not have any illusion, perhaps because what I expected to find was "pasta" and of course, the gnocchi are not pasta, although the sauces and accompaniments are suitable for both.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 package gnocchi, cool
  • 100 grams spinach
  • 2 cups mushroom
  • 1 ulna chicken soup
  • liquid cream
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cheese, spreading

Preparation

We boil the chicken broth and when it is at its peak we throw out the gnocchis that we will extract once they have gone up. It's a matter of a few minutes, do not go.
Meanwhile, slice the mushrooms and chop the spinach in julienne, in a drizzle of olive oil we put both to poach. Add the cream and cheese, leave a minute and add the gnocchi.
