Preparation
Boil a large pot with water and salt for the pasta.
Put to toast the nuts in a pan, taking care that they do not burn, until they start to smell.
Soak bread with milk.
Put the nuts (reserving like 2 tablespoons to decorate the dishes at the end), the soaked bread, the garlic, and the parmesan cheese in a blender. Beat until a creamy sauce forms. Add the olive oil, salt and pepper and beat again. Reserve.
Cook the pasta according to the instructions in the package so that it remains al dente. Reserve 1 cup of the water in which the pasta was cooked.
Add the prepared walnut sauce to the pasta and if it is very thick, add a little of the water in which the pasta was cooked.
Chop the reserved walnuts and sprinkle over the pasta along with more Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley.
