Preparation
Put a pot with plenty of water to boil. Make sure you add enough salt (you should know about seawater).
Boil the spaghetti as indicated on the package, until it is "al dente". Reserve.
Put water to boil in a small pot and once it is boiling put hard boiled eggs in the boiling water (must be fully submerged). Turn off the heat and cover for 7 minutes.
Melt the butter with a little olive oil. Add the onion until it is smooth and transparent.
Put the salmon cut into 3-centimeter pieces, the capers without their juice, the parsley, the sour cream and season with salt and pepper.
Sprinkle the sauce with the vodka and cook a few minutes until the vodka evaporates.
Stir the spaghetti with the salmon sauce and sprinkle with finely chopped parsley and hard-boiled egg.
Serve immediately.
