Preparation
Place a cup of Greek Style Yoghurt Fage® Total 0% into a food processor or blender, mix with the milk.
With a spoon remove the pulp of the avocados, remember that they must be ripe but without dark parts.
Finely chop garlic cloves.
Squeeze the lemons, be careful not to leave any seed that may embitter the preparation.
Add the rest of the ingredients to the processor. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Cook the pasta in a pot with enough boiling water and a handful of sea salt. The cooking will depend on you, I recommend you do not let cook more than 10 minutes.
You can serve it hot, for it takes the sauce to the low fire and places the paste with care of not beating it.
If you prefer, serve the pasta in a bowl and bathe with the sauce in cold. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
