Spaghetti with spinach sauce and beef flavor broth is a spectacular recipe. It has a flavor so rich that you will not give credit for how easy, economical and simple it is to prepare it. It's a recipe that will not take you more than 20 minutes.

  • 4 teaspoons Knorr® Beef Broth
  • 1 bag spaghetti, cooked without salt (bag of 200 g)
  • 1 bunch spinach, washed and disinfected, without stem
  • 1/2 onions, cut into strips
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 1 tablespoon Margarina Primavera® Salt-Free Cooking


Season the garlic and onion with the Margarita Chantilly® Spring Without Salt.
Add the spinach.
Blend the contents of the pan together with the milk.
Return the mixture to the fire.
Add the Knorr® Res flavor broth.
Cook the pasta following the package instructions.
Add the pasta and mix.
Cook for two minutes.
To serve.


Serve on a plate and accompany with bread.


So that you do not beat the pasta, cook it for 12 minutes so that it stays al dente (a bit raw in the center of it).
