Preparation
Wash and cut each tomato into 5 slices 1/2 centimeter thick each.
Also cut the cheese into slices of the same thickness and set aside.
For the basil vinaigrette: In a bowl, mix the oil with the balsamic vinegar and chopped basil, salt and pepper to taste.
To finish the salad: salt both sides of the slices of tomato and cheese.
Form with them a tower interspersed cheese and tomato.
Pour a little of the vinaigrette on each floor and decorate with basil leaves filleted on top of the plate.
Refrigerate before serving.
