Preparation
Cut the apple into cubes and mix with the celery, grapes and cranberry in a container or refractory.
Add the Oikos® yogurt with shredded Coconut and mix perfectly. Reserve in the refrigerator.
In a pan add the sugar and take it to the fire at medium temperature so that the sugar is melted.
When the sugar acquires a copper color, add the nut of blow and mix it so that it adheres the caramel to the nut, remove from the pan and empty in a table to cool them, itches with knife. Add the walnut to the salad. It serves.
