Ingredients

4 portions
  • 250 grams kale, cut into small pieces
  • 150 grams quinoa, cooked and drained
  • 3 peaches, cut into small segments
  • 4 tablespoons sunflower seed, Toasted and unshelled
  • 1/4 red onions, filleted
  • 5 tablespoons parsley, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cups cranberry
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 cups extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon ground pepper

Preparation

In a bowl, mix the kale, quinoa, peaches, sunflower seeds, onion, parsley and blueberries.
In another bowl, add the vinegar, salt, pepper, honey and olive oil. Stir very well to emulsify the vinaigrette.
Bathe with this dressing the salad.

PRESENTATION

Presented in a salad bowl.

Es la lechuga, es una chinita, pero en mis ensaladas a mi me gusta combinar la espinaca con lechuga orejona, o la morada y hay mas variedades aquí en México.
