Preparation
Cook the cous cous package as indicated in the package
Remove the heart of tomatoes and remove all the pulp inside taking care not to break it. Let the tomatoes dry and add a little salt. Remove all the remaining pieces of the pulp and cut them into small pieces. Leave out all the seeds and water of the tomatoes.
Cut the cucumber, feta cheese and zucchini cooked in squares. Cut the black olives into slices. Cut the mint and basil. Mix everything in a bowl.
Add the cous cous to the mixture together with a drizzle of olive oil, pepper and salt if desired. Mix all the ingredients and try to season
Fill the tomatoes with the mixture
