We are always worried about eating healthy and even more our little ones, this recipe is easy, and delicious. My kids love it. It is ideal for dinner or for a full meal.

Ingredients

5 portions
  • 1 package elbow pasta , La Moderna®
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 chayote squash
  • 2 potatoes
  • 150 grams cream
  • 2 teaspoons mayonnaise
  • 5 Turkey sausage
  • to taste lettuce

Preparation

The pasta is cooked in water with a teaspoon of oil (to avoid sticking). Approximately in 20 minutes this list.
Chop all the vegetables in squares and pour them into the pot with boiling water.
Chop the diced sausage and the lettuce.
Once the vegetables and pasta are cooked, put everything in a glass or plastic dish. Add the cream to taste (I use 150 grs approx), add the mayonnaise (2 tsp. Approx.) And salt to taste. Mix until perfectly integrated.
You can eat it with toast or crackers. And accompany with a fresh fruit water.

PRESENTATION

You can serve it on a leaf of lettuce and decorate up with a sprig of parsley

TIPS

It is important that the vegetables are fresh, NOT canned. You can refrigerate it and eat it cold too.
