This fresh salad recipe with cucumber, chayotes, and ham is ideal for adding more vegetables to your meals. Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 cup cucumber, cut into cubes
  • 1 cup chayote squash, cooked and diced
  • 1/2 cups celery, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cups corn, yellow
  • 1 cup cabbage, thinly slice
  • 1 cup Ham, diced
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup fresh cheese, cut into cubes
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper
  • enough fresh coriander, leaves to decorate

Preparation

In a bowl, mix the cucumber, chayote, celery, yellow corn, cabbage, and ham. Then add the mayonnaise, cream and cheese. Season with salt and pepper, and add the cilantro; mix until completely incorporated.
Garnish with coriander leaves. Enjoy!
