Remove the pineapple peel and cut it into squares.
To a pot, add the fruit and the pineapple juice. Cook for 60 minutes. Take care that the jam does not run out of liquid as it could stick, if you see that it is necessary, incorporate more pineapple juice or water.
After one hour has passed, add the sugar. In this step, continuously move the preparation. Cook for 30 minutes or until the preparation has the desired texture.
