Ingredients

4 portions
  • 50 grams hibiscus flower
  • 220 grams sugar
  • 2 grams liquid fruit pectin

Preparation

Boil the jamaica with a little sugar for 10 minutes.
Blend until you get a paste, then pass the mixture to a pan and add water.
Add pectin and boil 25 minutes.

TIPS

the pectin can be obtained in houses of raw materials.
