Preparation
In a large skillet with medium-high heat put butter with onion until golden, about 6 minutes.
Add the red wine, the rosemary, the honey until it boils and reduce by two thirds, for 10 minutes.
Finally add the chicken broth and let it boil until it reduces for another minute.
Add the butter, salt and pepper
