Preparation
Grill the peppers on a griddle until they brown lightly without burning. Reserve.
In the same griddle, roast the red and green tomatoes together with the onion, for 15 minutes or until they are well browned and slightly soft
Grind the chiles and tomatoes in a molcajete until there are no large pieces.
