Ingredients

4 portions
  • 400 grams asparagus, chopped
  • leeks, sliced
  • 1/2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cups chicken soup
  • 1/4 cups white wine
  • 2/3 cups cream
  • salt
  • black pepper

Preparation

Melt the butter, add the pore, add the asparagus, the chicken broth, season and leave on low heat for 10 minutes.
Add the wine and liquefy. Add the cream liquefies one more time.
