Ingredients: 4 cups long grain rice, cooked and chilled; 3 tablespoons soy sauce; 2 tablespoons water; 2 tablespoons rice vinegar; 4 tablespoons vegetable oil; 1 pinch salt; 500 grams medium-sized shrimp, peeled, deveined, and cut into pieces; 3 eggs, slightly beaten; 1 cup green onion, finely chopped; 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, chopped; 2 cups frozen peas

In a deep bowl, mix the soy sauce, water, vinegar, and salt. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large skillet over medium heat (a wok is better if you have one). Add the shrimp and cook for 4-5 minutes. Remove from the skillet.
