Ingredients

6 portions
  • 4 cups long grain rice, cooked and cold
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Water
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 4 tablespoons oil
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 500 grams medium shrimp, peeled, deveined and cut into pieces
  • 3 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 cup green onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, chopped
  • 2 cups frozen pea

Preparation

In a deep bowl mix the soy sauce, water, vinegar and salt.
Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large skillet over medium heat (if you have a better wok). Add the shrimp and cook for 4-5 minutes. Remove from the pan.
Heat 2 tablespoons of oil and cook the egg for 30 seconds, add the onion and ginger and cook for 1 minute more.
Add the soy sauce, the shrimp, the rice and the peas and cook for 3-4 minutes. It serves.

PRESENTATION

You can decorate your dish with chopped chives or cucumbers.

TIPS

The secret to fried rice is to use rice that has at least 1 day of cooking, this is much better than if you do it at the moment.
