Recipe of tasty potatoes with parsley, they are a very simple garnish to make and they remain delicious. You only need potatoes, a little butter, salt, pepper, garlic and parsley to have the richest potatoes that will accompany each dish you make in the best way.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 2 kilos potato
  • parsley
  • 1 stick unsalted butter
  • to taste salt
  • 6 cloves garlic, natural
  • to taste black pepper

Preparation

Peel the potatoes, divide into small cubes and boil, do not let them soften a lot because they will return to the fire, leave about 3/4.
Chop the parsley, mash the garlic and preserve. In a hot pan add the butter over medium heat and when it melts add the garlic, let it sauté and start to drain the potatoes without water.
Stir until the butter and garlic are distributed throughout the potato, start to throw the parsley and mix.
Sprinkle ground pepper to taste.

PRESENTATION

Serve in the center of the plate and put chopped parsley all around.

TIPS

Try the potatoes before lowering them to ensure they are well salt and cooking.
