Preparation
The potatoes are cooked al dente.
Chop the tips of ham and bacon in mirepoix.
For the cream: In a bowl add half a liter of cream, half a medium mayonnaise, salt, pepper and the cube of concentrated chicken broth and stir evenly.
In the refractory or pan smear the butter until everything is well covered.
Now ready the potatoes peeled and cut into slices, add them in the layered tray following this order: First layer: potatoes Second layer: cream mixture Third layer: ham and bacon Fourth layer: cover with cheese completely And so on.
Bake until the cheese is browned.
