Ingredients: 1 kilo potato; 1/2 cups wheat flour; 1/2 teaspoons paprika; 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder; 1/2 teaspoons salt; 1/2 teaspoons granulated chicken bouillon; 1/4 teaspoons dried oregano; 1/4 teaspoons thyme; 1/2 teaspoons onion powder; 1 pinch ground black pepper; 1 liter corn oil

Wash the potatoes, in a pot pour enough water and add them. Let them cook for 35 minutes, remove from heat, let cool and set aside. Once the potatoes are cool, cut them into wedges and set aside. Heat a deep pot or pan, add the oil, let it heat and add the potatoes. Fry for 8 minutes or until you achieve your preferred level of golden brown. Remove from the oil and place them on absorbent paper towels to remove excess fat.
