  • 3 cups of Water
  • 1 teaspoonful of Salt Great Value®
  • 6 pieces of White potato
  • 4 spoonfuls of Extra Special Olive Oil®
  • 2 spoonfuls of paprika
  • 1 teaspoonful of Extra Special® smoked salt flower
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of black pepper
  • 4 pieces of Extra Special® Gentle Garlic Cloves with Fine Herbs for the dip
  • 1/4 of teaspoonful of onion powder for the dip
  • 1 Cup of Jocoque Extra Special® to Fine Herbs and Garlic for the dip
  • 1 teaspoonful of rosemary for the dip
  • 1 teaspoonful of thyme for the dip
  • 1 teaspoonful of oregano for the dip
  • 3 spoonfuls of Whole Wheat Great Value® for the dip
  • 1 teaspoonful of Great Value® salt for the dip

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
    In a pot, boil the water, add salt and potatoes. Cook about 10 minutes to soften a little. Chill
    Peel the potatoes and cut into medium segments. Place them in a baking tray and mix with olive oil, paprika, salt flower and pepper.
    Bake about 10 minutes or until they are fully cooked and soft. Flip from time to time during cooking.
    For the dip, blend all the ingredients until a smooth and homogeneous mixture is obtained. You can add more milk if necessary.
    Serve the potatoes with the dip.
