Ingredients

2 portions
  • 5 potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup Nestle media creama
  • 150 grams bacon
  • 200 grams cheese
  • 1 pinch oregano
  • 1/4 cups chipotle chili

Preparation

Wash and chop the potatoes into slices. Cook over high heat.
Fry the bacon and chop it.
Blend the bacon with the half cream and the chipotle.
Dora the potato slices in butter.
Pour the cream over the potatoes and cheese so that it is gratinated.
Add a pinch of oregano and serve.
