Potatoes in Chipotle and Bacon Cream

Delicious potatoes in cream and cheese with a touch of chipotle spicy that you will love. They are a perfect garnish or an excellent dish to eat alone. Try them.

Ingredients

  • 5 pieces of potato
  • 2 spoonfuls of Butter
  • 1 Cup of half cream
  • 150 grams of bacon
  • 200 grams of cheese
  • 1 pinch of oregano
  • 1/4 of Cup of Chipotle pepper

    Preparation

    Wash and chop the potatoes into slices. Cook over high heat.
    Fry the bacon and chop it.
    Blend the bacon with the half cream and the chipotle.
    Dora the potato slices in butter.
    Pour the cream over the potatoes and cheese so that it is gratinated.
    Add a pinch of oregano and serve.
