Ingredients

4 portions
  • 5 slices bacon
  • 1 carrot
  • 2 stems celery
  • 2 cambray onions
  • 1/2 cucumbers
  • 1 zucchini
  • 3 cups White rice
  • 1/4 cups soy
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • chives

Preparation

Chop the bacon finely and fry it.
Cut the carrot, celery, onion, cucumber and zucchini into cubes.
Sauté the carrot, celery, onions, cucumber and zucchini in a pan.
Add cooked rice and bacon, mix and add soy sauce.
Remove from the heat and serve the rice with a little sprinkled chives and stems of the onion cambray.
