  • 5 slices of bacon
  • 1 carrot
  • 2 stems of celery
  • 2 cambray onions
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 1 zucchini
  • 3 cups of White rice
  • 1/4 of Cup of soy
  • Salt
  • black pepper
  • scallion

    Preparation

    Chop the bacon finely and fry it.
    Cut the carrot, celery, onion, cucumber and zucchini into cubes.
    Sauté the carrot, celery, onions, cucumber and zucchini in a pan.
    Add cooked rice and bacon, mix and add soy sauce.
