Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1/2 kilos tomtato
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 cup rice
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • salt
  • black pepper

Preparation

Cut the tomato into pieces without peeling them.
Fry the tomatoes in oil together with the sliced ​​onion and garlic.
Add 3 liters of water.
Season with salt and pepper.
Wait until the broth is cooked and grind in the blender and strain.
Transfer to another pot and when it starts to boil add the rice and wait for it to cook.
