Preparation
On a board, cut the Zwan® Classic Turkey Breast into strips about half a centimeter thick. Reserve until use.
On a hot pan pour enough olive oil, place the potatoes in slices and stir until they are covered with the oil, remember to use enough oil as the potatoes should be well covered. Cook over medium low heat for 6 to 8 minutes, stirring constantly.
Add the onion and garlic and continue cooking for 10 more minutes over low heat, do not forget to stir frequently. Remove from heat. Remove the potatoes from the oil, drain them with a spoon and place them in a bowl. Strain the oil and reserve.
Break the eggs into a bowl, add salt and pepper, and beat with a balloon until integrated. Add the drained potatoes and mix again.
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Pour the mixture into a cast iron skillet greased with a little of the oil you reserved, place the Zwan® Classic Turkey Breast strips on top and bake for 10 minutes at 180 ° C. Serve hot and garnish with parsley.
