Enjoy this Spanish omelette baked and accompanied with Zwan® Classic Turkey Breast, made 100% with turkey breast and with a baking process that makes its flavor unique. Try it for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 package Zwan® classic turkey breast, 250g
  • enough olive oil
  • 3 cups potato, peeled, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cups onion, in plasters
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, finely chopped
  • 8 eggs, finely chopped
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, finely chopped, to decorate

Preparation

On a board, cut the Zwan® Classic Turkey Breast into strips about half a centimeter thick. Reserve until use.
On a hot pan pour enough olive oil, place the potatoes in slices and stir until they are covered with the oil, remember to use enough oil as the potatoes should be well covered. Cook over medium low heat for 6 to 8 minutes, stirring constantly.
Add the onion and garlic and continue cooking for 10 more minutes over low heat, do not forget to stir frequently. Remove from heat. Remove the potatoes from the oil, drain them with a spoon and place them in a bowl. Strain the oil and reserve.
Break the eggs into a bowl, add salt and pepper, and beat with a balloon until integrated. Add the drained potatoes and mix again.
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Pour the mixture into a cast iron skillet greased with a little of the oil you reserved, place the Zwan® Classic Turkey Breast strips on top and bake for 10 minutes at 180 ° C. Serve hot and garnish with parsley.

PRESENTATION

Serve on hot cast iron skillet, garnish with chopped parsley.

TIPS

You can cut the potatoes to the size you want, only the cooking time will vary according to the thickness; Prick the center of the potato with the help of a wooden toothpick to see if it is ready.
