A delicious side dish to accompany a chicken or fish but you can even put it in the pasta and how delicious, try this recipe of Broccoli with Cranberries and Nuts!

Ingredients

2 portions
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 cups white wine
  • 750 grams broccoli
  • black pepper
  • 100 grams cranberry
  • 100 grams walnut, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 1/2 cups parmesan cheese, grated

Preparation

Soak walnuts and cranberries in warm water.
In a pot heat the oil, add the garlic and leave until golden brown. Add the broccoli and the wine and let it reduce the wine to low heat.
Add the drained cranberries and walnuts.
Season to taste.
Parmesan cheese is added at the time of serving.
